Payments for monthly subscriptions can be made:
at any E-Networks branch
E-Care App: Payments are applied to your account instantly
3rd Party payments (MMG, SurePay & Bill Express) & requires one (1) business day for processing.
via direct debit from any commercial bank
We also accept major credit cards, Visa debit cards & cheques.
For all services on a fixed monthly billing cycle (OnFiber Business, Home, and DreamTV Satellite), payments are due on the last day of the month, with a three-day grace period.
4G & 5G monthly subscription fees are due 30 days after your last payment.
There is no reconnection fee for services.
Yes. You will benefit from one (1) month FREE Service when you pay for 12 Months (1 Year) in advance.

You just need to fill up a relocation form and pay a relocation fee. This can be done at any of our branches. To have service moved within the same building, you will be charged an internal relocation fee.

The OnFiber modem has Wi-Fi access, which may be limited depending on your package speed. We stock and sell a variety of Wireless Routers and Extenders that will provide optimal coverage and experience. E-mail: sales@enetworks.gy for more information.
There is no data cap on our OnFiber services.On our 4G/5G services, there is a speed cap of 1TB. If you deplete 1TB of usage, your service speed will be throttled until the end of your cycle. Your service will not get disconnected.
