If for some reason your number changed and you need to switch SIMs within your contracted payment period, you will need to contact ENet as your phone will be locked once the registered SIM is removed or changed.

Yes, you can use your existing ENet sim. However, please note that the new plan will replace your existing plan, and any unused minutes and data will not roll over.

The integrated technology will temporarily lock your phone until the payment is made. A $1,000 fee will be required to unlock the phone.
