Promotional Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   • The promotional offer is open to legal residents meeting the age requirements specified for each promotion. This means residents legally residing in the Cooperative Republic of Guyana who are over the age of 18.
   • Employees and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, aunts, uncles, Grandparents and siblings) of E-Networks Inc. are not eligible to participate.
   • Customers must present proof of purchase (receipt) in order to redeem any prizes offered as part of the promotion

2. Promotion Period:
   • The promotional period for each promotion begins and ends as specified in the promotional materials.
   • All entries must be received by the specified deadline to be eligible for participation.

3. How to Participate:
   • Participants must follow the instructions outlined in the promotional materials.
   • Multiple entries from a single participant may be void unless explicitly allowed.

4. Winner Selection:
   • Winners will be selected based on criteria outlined in the promotional materials.
   • E-Networks Inc. reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters related to the promotion.

5. Prizes:
   • Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or other alternatives unless specified otherwise.
   • E-Networks Inc. reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value at its discretion.

6. Notification:
   • Winners will be notified via the contact information provided during entry.
   • If a winner cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days or submits an ineligible entry, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Publicity:
   • Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for E-Networks Inc. to use the winner’s name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions:
   • E-Networks Inc. reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the promotion if unforeseen circumstances arise.
   • By participating, participants agree to abide by these terms and any additional rules outlined in the promotional materials.

9. Limitation of Liability:
   • E-Networks Inc. is not responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for any technical malfunction that may occur.

10. Governing Law:
    • These terms are governed by the laws of the Cooperative Republic of Guyana
